The Potter's House Christian Fellowship is part of an organization known as Christian Fellowship Ministries (CFM). Churches within CFM have various names, including The Door, The Lighthouse, and Victory Chapel. The organization was founded in Prescott, Arizona in 1970 by Wayman Mitchell. Even though the churches go by different names they are bound together by the vision of CFM's founder Wayman Mitchell. Pastors within CFM are called upon to maintain loyalty to the fellowship, specifically in regard to finances, maintaining the fellowship pattern, vision, doctrine and standards.
